To promote the well being of the people in our community by reducing the harmful involvement with mood altering substances. This will be done by providing a wide variety of treatment approaches to meet the needs of the individuals. It is the belief of this agency that many therapeutic and preventative approaches will work if they foster in the individual and the community a sense of structure, self-determination, competence and purpose.
